Pencor has been providing full-service employer sponsored retirement plan administration and consulting since 1967 with the founding of Data Plans, Inc. in Jacksonville, Florida. Hamilton, Shurm & Gray, Inc. began in Orlando in 1979. The two firms merged into Pencor, Inc. in 1996. Pencor assists employers in the design, implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of retirement plans. We are committed to providing these services to our clients in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner. We are one of the largest, independently owned firms in our region. Our services are fee based and not bundled with investment or insurance sales.

Our benefit professionals are dedicated to helping employers implement retirement plans that promote corporate goals and objectives, control costs and give employees a sense of security.

Bill is the founder of Hamilton, Shurm and Gray, a pension administrative firm started in Central Florida in 1979. In 1996, the firm merged with the Jacksonville firm Data Plans, Inc., which then formed Pencor, Inc.

Bill has 34 years experience in the retirement plan industry. He is a member of the Central Florida Pension Study Group, past president of the Employee Benefit Council of Central Florida and is called upon as a speaker to various groups several times a year.

Charles is a managing partner of Pencor, Inc. He has a degree in accounting from the University of North Florida and is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Charles is a consulting actuary and specializes in DB/DC combination and hybrid defined benefit plan design.
